[Q3 2024] New Production Record Alert: Meal Component Check

Planned Release date:  October 2024


Purpose:

To provide an alert (Production Records > List) for District Admin / Menu Planner users.   This alert is in addition to the existing "Food Cost" and "Revenue" alerts that are intended to ensure accuracy.   The intention of this alert is to assist supervisors with ensuring that production records record enough fruit/vegetable servings for the number of student meals served.


Features:

- System will review all locked production records (as is with other alerts) and list those in the "Alerts" tab that met flagged criteria.

- For those that have insufficient Fruit/Veg components for the number of meals served, will list a "Meal Fruit/Veg" alert badge.
