[Q1 2025] Menu Cycles module upgrade (Phase 2) - Base Cycle Page + Daily/Day Menu Page
Planned release: December 2024
Purpose: To revamp and improve the usability and functionality of core functionality: menu cycle creation and publishing.
Intention: To balance one of MenuLogic K12's core purposes (data-driven data analytics to drive menu performance) with practical usability.
Features:
- Framework / Tabbed structure additions to support new functions/features
- Base Cycle Page upgrades: modernized and streamlined user interface, addition of Whole Grain, Juice, and Added Sugars. Removal of red/green box validations that do not lead the user to the logical next step or issue and can cause confusion.
- NEW "Overview" tab within cycle navigation to allow users to set Offer vs. Serve rules and assumptions once per cycle (instead of on each day's page using the "Servings per 10 meals")
- NEW Daily/Day menu page design: improved usability with adding items, making projections, and reviewing compliance and menu performance metrics.
